Group Workouts
We have Teamed up with Jean Guy Trudel and Tru hockey for our workouts this summer. We are currently full at our 9am - 10:30am group. If enough people reach out with interest, Alec Baer and Carlos Fornaris will start another group either before or after.

Shooting & Stick handling
Lessons for athletes wanting to focus on building technique, details and repetition will be able to have private lessons or small group. Time slots with more than two athletes at a time will have both Alec and Carlos teaching.
(4 Athletes max).

My name is Alec Baer, from
St. Louis Park Minnesota. I have been playing professional hockey for six years. I have won two championships with the Peoria Rivermen, and now have the honor to be the current Captain.
I have been training and coaching in the off-season for the past four years.

My name is Carlos Fornaris, from Miami Florida. I have been playing professional hockey for five years. Spending most of my time in the ECHL, last year was my first year with the Rivermen. I have been coaching and training during the off-season for the past four years.
